Manage your account and plan
Here is how to update your information and see or change your plan. It only takes a moment.

Open your settings
Tap More at the bottom, then tap Account or Settings.

Update your details
Here you can change your name, email, or password. Make a change and tap Save.

See your plan
Tap Plans to see which plan you are on and what it includes.

Upgrade if you’d like
Want video memories? Choose the Heirloom plan. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and you can cancel any time.
Tip: Payments are handled securely. We never see your full card number.

That’s everything
Your account is set. If anything ever looks confusing, email us at hello@myjournalstory.com and we’ll help.
You can’t break anything. Take your time, and try things as many times as you like. If a recording isn’t right, just delete it and start again.
